Welcome to Gab’z Event Rentals. By renting from us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in our rental process. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting chairs, tables, or tents from Gab’z Event Rentals, located in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada, you agree to the terms stated herein. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between Gab’z Event Rentals and the renter.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed-upon date and time and ends on the specified return date and time. Any extensions must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability.

3. Rental Rates and Payment

Rental rates are determined by the type and quantity of items rented, as well as the duration of the rental period. Full payment is required one month prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include cash or electronic transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your reservation and guarantees availability. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Care and Responsibility of Rentals

The renter assumes full responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the rented items during the rental period. All items must be used as intended and handled with care to prevent damage. Charges will apply for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee, calculated based on order size and distance. Accurate delivery and pickup details must be provided at the time of booking. The renter is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and return the rentals during the agreed-upon timeframes.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

8. Rental Protection Plan (RPP)

A 10% Rental Protection Plan is available to cover damages up to a specified amount. However, the RPP does not cover missing items, which will be charged at full replacement cost.

9. Liability

Gab’z Event Rentals is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of rented items. The renter agrees to indemnify Gab’z Event Rentals against any claims resulting from misuse or improper handling of the rentals.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as mutually agreed by both parties.
